What is your minimum order for custom printed mats?
50 units per design. Multiple designs can be mixed within one order, and each design carries its own setup cost.
Can I see a proof before the full run?
Yes — we print a detail crop of your artwork so you can check colour and fine detail before we run the full quantity.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector AI or PDF is ideal. For detailed artwork such as watercolour, high-resolution images at 300–600 DPI work well.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead time depends on quantity, material and how many designs are in the run. Tell us your target date and we will confirm a schedule with the quote.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Shenzhen and regularly deliver to the U.S. by sea or air, depending on your timeline and budget.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my artwork?
Yes — we are happy to sign an NDA before you share any designs.
Do you sell complete mahjong sets?
